DiginThe Osogbo Progressive Union Undergraduate Scholarship is a fully funded initiative sponsored by the Osogbo Progressive Union, USA (OPUUSA). OPUUSA is a federally recognized nonprofit organization committed to supporting the interests of Osogbo indigenes residing in the United States. The union is a group of individuals of Osogbo descent dedicated to promoting unity, cooperation, and development within the Osogbo community.
OPUUSA strongly believes in giving back to its roots and supporting the growth of Osogbo through education, social, economic, and cultural initiatives. The scholarship program is one way the organization contributes to the educational advancement of Osogbo indigenes.
Benefits of the OPUUSA Undergraduate Scholarship
Successful applicants will receive financial support of N100,000 to assist with their educational expenses.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2025 OPUUSA Undergraduate Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be an indigene of Osogbo, Osun State.
- Must be a student in an accredited Nigerian tertiary institution.
- Must maintain a strong academic record.
Selection Process and Timeline
- Application Opens: February 1, 2025
- Application Closes: March 15, 2025
- Examination Date: April 19, 2025, at 9:00 AM

Allbest Allied CBT and Vocational Centre located behind Zarah Guest House, Ajagbemokeferi Mosque Area, Onward, Ogo Oluwa, Osogbo.
