Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the 2025 Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related field (e.g., BSc, BEng, or BEng. Tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer & Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering).
Must have graduated between September 2024 and December 2024 or be awaiting graduation in 2024.
Must be currently enrolled in the NYSC program or awaiting NYSC registration.
Applicants awaiting graduation must provide proof of completed coursework, supported by an official letter from their institution indicating their expected graduation date and class of degree.
Must have achieved a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division or provide evidence of this expected result.
Demonstrate strong academic performance and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be willing to work at Schneider Electric’s Lagos office.
Exhibit a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
