Job Description:
This role reports to the Manager of Operational Compliance and Internal Control within the Risk and Compliance Division. The advisor will:
- Oversee the coordination and control of all operational documents, including policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring standardization across the board.
- Drive compliance with key standards such as ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 37301 (Compliance Management), while supporting the implementation of additional relevant standards as determined by management.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement operational improvements to boost efficiency, enhance compliance, and support organizational objectives.
- Manage internal controls by developing and implementing policies and procedures, monitoring their effectiveness, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to maintain certifications for key standards like ISO 27001 (Information Security) and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management).

Requirements:
- A first degree in any relevant discipline.
- Fluency in English.
