Role Overview:
The Business Developer/Sponsorship Sales Specialist will drive revenue by identifying and securing sponsorships, partnerships, and business opportunities for XFP’s projects and events. This role involves building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored sponsorship packages to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential sponsors through market research, networking, and industry connections. Develop strategies to generate and qualify leads.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, understanding their objectives to create customized sponsorship solutions.
- Sponsorship Package Development: Design tailored sponsorship packages, including branding, event access, and promotional opportunities. Prepare compelling proposals highlighting ROI.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, address objections, and finalize sponsorship agreements.
- Account Management: Manage existing sponsorships, ensuring client satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor industry trends, track KPIs, and prepare reports on sponsorship performance.

Requirements:
- OND/HND qualification with 3–5 years of experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of sponsorship markets and trends.

Programs Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Programs Coordinator will oversee the operations of the Job Center, ensuring its sustainability, impact, and alignment with XFP’s mission. Responsibilities include program management, stakeholder engagement, and securing funding to support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Develop, implement, and monitor programs such as skill development workshops, career counseling, and job placement for PWDs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with employers, NGOs, and government agencies to create job opportunities for PWDs. Represent the organization at events and forums.
- Funding and Resource Mobilization: Identify funding opportunities, write proposals, and manage budgets to support program growth.
- Administrative Duties: Supervise staff, maintain records, and coordinate logistics for Job Center activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
- Knowledge of disability inclusion, employment laws, and workforce development.
- Strong organizational, communication, and fundraising skills.

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency in entertainment, media, and production initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Supervise cross-functional teams, providing direction and support to achieve project goals.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with sponsors, media houses, NGOs, and government agencies to advance XFP’s mission.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, accessibility requirements, and organizational policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track metrics, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in entertainment, media, or disability inclusion initiatives.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of production workflows, budgeting, and media industry best practices.
Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 monthly
