Eligibility Criteria for the KPMG Trainee Program
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division from an accredited university.
- Possess at least five O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
- Law graduates must have a Second Class Upper Division in their first degree and have completed Law School.
- Be a Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA), depending on the specific Business Unit’s requirements.
- Be under 28 years old at the time of application.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Demonstrate strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Be proficient in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and similar applications.
- Must not have taken the KPMG aptitude test in the past 12 months.
