Eligibility Criteria for the KPMG Trainee Program

To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division from an accredited university.
Possess at least five O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
Law graduates must have a Second Class Upper Division in their first degree and have completed Law School.
Be a Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA), depending on the specific Business Unit’s requirements.
Be under 28 years old at the time of application.
Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Demonstrate strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Exhibit exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Be proficient in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and similar applications.
Must not have taken the KPMG aptitude test in the past 12 months.
