What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will take on a leadership role within the care team, supporting both residents and colleagues. Your key responsibilities include:

Delivering High-Quality Care – Assist residents with their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
Supporting Care Planning – Observe, review, and help finalize individual care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs.
Supervising & Mentoring Staff – Guide and train junior team members, ensuring best practices in care delivery.
Encouraging Social Activities – Organize and participate in activities that promote engagement, mental well-being, and joy among residents.
Creating a Home-Like Atmosphere – Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, making them feel valued and supported.
