Job Details:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jnr. Logistics Coordinator with a good knowledge of Import and Export operations and a good understanding of shipping and logistics management.
- As a Jnr. Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the entire import and export operations.
- You will coordinate import shipments, track inventory, and ensure smooth communication between suppliers, clearing agent, and customers.
- Your technical knowledge, strong organizational, and communication skills will be put to good use as you manage the daily operations of our Supply chain and logistics operations.

Requirements
- BSC/HND in Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Import function and supply chain management.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages – MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Coordinate and monitor shipments from the suppliers to customers.
- Proficient in opening Form M, Insurance, getting PAAR from Bank and checking duty assessments.
- Track inventory levels and manage warehouse logistics.
- Timely preparation of import documentation and authorization for all air and shipments globally.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any logistics issues.
- Monitor importation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory/legal requirements.

- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities
- Record and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payables and receivables.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
