URGENT RECRUITMENT: Technical Support Personnel
We are looking for highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support professionals to join our team across Jigawa, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara. This 1-month renewable contract offers ₦300,000 monthly, providing an excellent opportunity to support a vital healthcare initiative while gaining hands-on field experience.
Role Overview
As a Technical Support Personnel, you will provide on-the-ground assistance to health worker teams using the ImmuNigeria system. Your role will involve frequent travel within your assigned state to troubleshoot mobile applications, ensure smooth operation, and deliver efficient technical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong familiarity with Android OS, mobile application troubleshooting, and web-based management portals.
Key Skills
Analytical problem-solving to quickly resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, ensuring professional interaction with users.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in documentation and report generation for support activities.
