Application is now open for the fully funded Federal Government Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program with monthly Stipends, Take off Grants, Business Loans and Recognized Certifications for Nigerians.

This is a flagship program by the Federal Ministry of Education is designed to equip young Nigerians with practical skills for employment, entrepreneurship, and national development.

Choose Your Pathway

1. Short-Term Certificate (STC) Programme

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Ideal For: Beginners, school leavers, or those without formal education

  • Entry Requirements:

National Identification Number (NIN)
Bank Verification Number (BVN)
(No prior educational qualifications required)

2. Vocational Education & Innovation (VEI) Programme

  • Duration: 1 year

  • Ideal For: Individuals with some informal training or basic education

  • Entry Requirements (any one of the following):
    Proof of informal/apprenticeship training (RPL)
    First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
    Any non-formal education certificate (e.g., NGO, religious, or community training)

Training Locations

Training will be delivered through certified centers in all 6 geopolitical zones, including:

  • Federal and State Technical Colleges

  • Accredited state-owned institutions

  • Registered private vocational centers
