Eligibility Criteria for the Katsina Talent Connect Fellowship

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be a resident of Katsina State.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) obtained in 2022 or later.
• Have a minimum of a Second Class Lower (2.2) for degree holders or an Upper Credit (above 3.00) for HND holders.
• Be no older than 27 years.
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or possess an exemption certificate.
