We are currently recruiting a Regional Program Manager / State Team Lead to coordinate and oversee all project activities in Adamawa State under the THRIVE South Project. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong technical and program management experience to drive project success, ensure compliance with USAID and Nigerian Government standards, and support the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable children.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation and coordination of state-level project activities
-
Ensure timely, effective service delivery in line with national and PEPFAR standards

Collaborate with CSO partners and local stakeholders
-
Prepare donor reports and monitor project targets
-
Identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure sustainability
-
Foster teamwork and knowledge-sharing across the implementation team
Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Work, or a related field
-
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in senior program management roles within international development, preferably in OVC, HIV/AIDS, or health-related programs
