Position Overview

We are seeking a Workshop Assistant to support the smooth execution of upcoming training sessions for Health Facility Workers (HFWs) and community-level personnel in Bauchi. This is a short-term role requiring a proactive individual with administrative and IT skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the hotel on logistics and meal arrangements

  • Distribute training materials and supplies

  • Set up and manage IT equipment during sessions

  • Take photos for documentation

  • Maintain attendance and contact records

  • Input participant and banking details into Excel

  • Prepare a post-workshop report

  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed

Expected Deliverables
  • Signed participant attendance sheets

  • Excel file with participant and bank account details

  • Folder with training photographs

  • Brief report summarizing workshop support activities

Requirements
  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline

  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Prior experience supporting trainings/workshops (preferred)

  • Ability to multitask and take accurate notes

  • Experience with Malaria Consortium or SMC-related projects is an advantage
