Oroko Radio Residency Program for Africans 2025
Oroko Radio is an independent, not-for-profit internet radio station based in Accra, Ghana. Its mission is to connect, inspire, and empower through meaningful conversation, collaboration, and a strong sense of community.
The station is dedicated to reclaiming and amplifying narratives from African and Diasporic artistic communities, with a special focus on local perspectives in Accra. Oroko Radio also fosters partnerships with similar projects across the globe.
Residency Overview
Oroko Radio is inviting music creatives, DJs, and content creators from across Africa to apply for its 2025 residency program.
Participants will have the opportunity to host their own unique shows, including DJ mixes, talk shows, and sound collages. The station values innovation and diverse musical perspectives in its programming.
