Women Techsters Fellowship 2025
The Women Techsters Fellowship is a free, one-year program designed to equip African women aged 16 to 40 with in-demand technology skills.
This initiative is focused on closing the gender gap in the tech industry by creating opportunities for women to thrive in technology-driven careers.
Program Overview
The fellowship is divided into two phases:
- First Six Months
Participants undergo hands-on training that blends technical expertise with essential soft skills, preparing them for the demands of the workplace. - Final Six Months
This phase is all about practical application. Fellows gain real-world experience through internships, freelancing, entrepreneurial projects, volunteering, or mentorship.

Who Can Apply?
The program is open to African women who meet the following criteria:
- Age: 16 to 40 years.
- Residency: Must be living in any African country (e.g., Nigeria, Ethiopia, Egypt, South Africa, Kenya).
- Education: No degree is required! However, basic digital literacy is a plus.
