Eligibility

To be considered for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Stage: Early-stage startups (pre-seed to seed stage) with a validated idea or prototype solving a problem around Blue Economy.
Team: Minimum of 3 persons and maximum of 5 with complementing skills. You must have at least one developer in your team. At least one founder must be fully committed to the startup.
Innovation: The startup must offer an innovative solution to a real-world problem in the Blue Economy sector.
Scalability: The business model should have potential for high growth and scalability.
Location: Open to startups across Nigeria, but founders must be available to participate in-person at the Start Innovation Hub Uyo headquarters.
